The project would construct a new AEC at the site of an existing paved parking lot, would reconfigure existing portable classroom buildings on an existing paved area to create the Business Academy, remove other existing portable classroom buildings, provide two landscaped open space areas that would replace existing paved areas and platn trees and ground plantings to soften the street frontage of the AEC.
