Proposal to divide a 34 acre parcel into two parcels of 9.45 acres and 24.5 acres, and to recognize an unpermitted residential conversion of a non-permitted barn by returning the barn residence to a non-habitable structure. THe project included bringing an existing unpermitted bridge up to current code standards by widening and by other structural improvements to the bridge and the access driveways within the project site. Requires a Minor Land Division and a riparian Exception. The project is located approx 4 miles north of Boulder Creek at the 17.09 mile marker on Hwy 9. The site may also be accessed off of Reynolds Drive at 338 Reynolds Drive, Boulder Creek CA.
