Document Description
The applicant proposes a Zone Change (Z-06-04) and Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM-06-04). The zone change would reclassify the 93 acre properly from the Non-Prime Agricultural (AG2), Single-Family Residential (Res1), and Neighborhood Commercial (CU) zone districts, into the Rural Residential Agricultural, 5 acre & 10 acre density (RRB5 & RRB10) zone districts. The tentative subdivision map would subdivide the 93 acres into 10 lots that range in size from 5 acres to 16.69 acres. Water and Sewer services for each lot would be provided by the McCloud Community Services District (MCSD).
