Document Description
This project is for the Annexation of property to PCWA's Zone No. 1 service area. PCWA is proposing to annex a portion of Gruber Mountain Estates which lies outside of PCWA's Zone No. 1 service area. The annexation will allow the Agency to provide irrigation water service for the subdivision. The developer of the Gruber Mountain Estates has requested the annexation of the property in order to acquire Irrigation water service. The County of Placer has adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Gruber Mountain Estates, which evaluated potential environmental impacts associated with the proposed Subdivision, which included the construction of a major subdivision and annexation, in the Gruber Mountain Estates Mitigated Negative Declaration.
