Document Description
The applicant proposes to demolish the existing eroded one-lane boat ramp. A new two lane, concrete, v-groove boat launching ramp will be constructed. A steel-framed, aluminum-decked boarding float will be installed. 672 lineal feet of rock slope protection will be installed on 0.337 acres of steep, eroding, non-vegetated shoreline, and 439 lineal ft of Armorax, bio-friendly mats, will be installed on 0.126 acres of shoreline supporting emergent wetland vegetation. A new 60,000 sf, 40 vehicle/trailer parking area will be constructed. A new two unit restroom will be constructed. A fish-cleaning station will be constructed. An electrical system and lighting will be installed. A drainage system, landscaping, and irrigation will be installed. A kiosk, Department of Boating and Waterways Project sign, and directional signs will be constructed and installed.
