Document Description
The City of Hollister (City) proposes to construct improvements to an existing unpaved unauthorized trail that has been established by trepass along the San Benito River between Bridge Road and Apricot Lane, along the southern edge of the City's Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP). The Proposed Project would improve public access to the San Benito River and would enhance recreational uses in the project area.
