Coastal Development Permit for the relocation, expansion, and remodeling of an existing one-story, 1,647 square-foot single-family dwelling into a two-story, approximately 6,420 square-foot dwelling, the construction of a detached, 600 square-foot two-car garage fronting on and taking access from Revello Drive, two retaining walls, a swimming pool, and a deck; and a Zoning Administrator's Adjustment to permit the two retaining walls, one at the front of the property and one at the rear, to have a maximum height of 12-feet each, in lieu of the one 12-foot or two 10-foot walls otherwise permitted; all on an approximately 13,624 square-foot hillside lot, fronting on a Hillside Local Street, in the R1-1 Zone. As proposed, the project requires a Haul Route Approval for the export of approximately 1,350 cubic yards of dirt from the site. A total of 8 on-site parking spaces will be provided.
