Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of a 5 story studio building with a 2 1/2 level subterranean garage. It would also include a detached childcare center with open space for play areas and surface parking. Site preparation would include demolition, excavation, grading, building construction, utilities/infrastructure improvements, paving and landscaping. Approximately 76,500 cy of excavation would be required to prepare the site for construction.
