Document Description
Project site consists of approximately 205 acres. The proposed project inlcudes the development of a new Public Safety Complex, which will include offices, classrooms and storage in a main building totaling approximately 36,000 square feet (sq ft); training areas and facilities, consisting of a fire training tower and residential structure, a storage and maintenance area for fire equipment, drill grounds and open areas, emergency vehicle operations course, slow speed skid plan, city grid, enclosed outdoor shooting range, quarter mile conditioning and testing track, off-road trail area for wildland rescue training, and runoff retentions ponds. The total disturbed area will be ~52 acres.
