The applicant, Light of Love Mission Church, proposes to demolish two one-story buildings totaling approximately 3,500 sf in order to construct a 24,311 sf, three-story, child day-care, and Sunday school building. The two buildings to be demolished are currently used for Sunday school classes. A Conditional Use Permit is required for any expansion of a "Religious Facilities" use in the PS (Public, Semi-Public) zoning district.
