Athens Services has submitted an application to the City of Irwindale for a Diposition and Development Agreement, Development Agreement, Conditional Use Permit, General Plan Amendment, Zoning Code Amendment to allow construction and operation of a Materials Recovery Facility and Transfer Station (MRF/TS). The Applicant proposes to construct the MRF/TS and Fueling Facility / Convenience Store that is open to the public. Maximum capacity requested is 6,000 tones per day.
