- Document Description
- The proposed Project consists of a maximum of 300,000 sf of retail commercial floor area with a proposed shopping center as illustrated on Figure 3 (Conceptual Site Plan). The main shopping center building will be located in the northeastern region of the site and will incorporate four attached retail facilities. The proposed shopping center will also include several other detached retail buildings, primarily located around the perimeter of the site. These buildings are expected to include a drug store, a fast food restaurant, a sit down restaurant, and a gasoline service station. These detached retail buildings will range from 3,500 sf to 18,000 sf in size.
