The facility is an extension of the Charter High School located southerly, across Temple Street. The property is proposed to be improved with an 8-ft. in height perimeter fence along Temple Street and Hoover Street, with a 10-ft. in height combination concrete block wall and chain link fence along the western property lines and a 12-ft. in height chain link fence along the northern property line.
