Document Description
The project consists of a request to amend the Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan and Local Coastal Program to allow for hotel and accessory uses within Planning Area 4, Legoland and to revise the parking rate for Legoland and for gyms within the Specific Plan. The project also includes a Site Development Plan Amendment and Coastal Development Permit for the construction of a 250 room hotel within the parking lot of Legoland theme park. The Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan area is generally located north of Palomar Airport Road, south of Cannon Road, east of Paseo Del Norte and Car County Drive and west of The Crossings Drive.
