Document Description
The proposed project involves amending the Redevelopment Plan for Project Area No. 1 as authorized by CRL H&S Code 33000 et seq. to increase the limit on the amount of tax increment that may be received by the Community Development Commission (Redevelopment Agency). Additional tax increment is necessary to provide sufficient financial resources to complete redevelopment of the project area. The draft IS/ND indicates the project will not have a significant impact on the environment as the proposed project is an administrative activity which does not involve physical developed or construction. Furthermore, there are no new projects proposed for the redevelopment area in conjunction with this action.
