Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2010-0138-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the protect Applicant, the City of Highland, represented by Mr. Lawrence A Mainez, 27215 Base Line, City of Highlands, State of California, 92346, Phone (909) 864-8732 Ext. 215. The Applicant is proposing to do the following: 1) replacing the existing bridge with a new bridge widened to four lanes, 2) the widening of Boulder Avenue, 3) improvements to existing pipe culverts 600 feet and 1,000 feet from the south abutment within City Creek, as well as the replacement and extension of the reinforced concrete box in Bledsoe Creek, 4) as well as to accommodate a trail within City Creek, which will not be done as a result of this project. A total of 0.26 acres of permanent impacts to jurisdictional streambed will result from the construction activities, and a total of 4.00 acres of temporary impacts to jurisdiction streambed will result from the construction activities.
