Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0144-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mustang Hills, LLC. Project includes activities related to the installation of four corrugated metal pipe culverts, three at-grade road crossings, and one electrical cable crossing across eight unnamed ephemeral streams. Removal of existing facilities and construction of new facilities will require the removal of an approx. 31,7668 sq. ft. of Coulter pine woodland, rabbitbrush scrub, scalebroom scrub, and Mormon tea scrub habitats for a total of 1,488 linear feet of stream impacts within the eight streams.
