Document Description
The Project as approved by the Department of Fish and Game (DFG) consists of a Minor Amendment to the California Endangered Species Act (CESA) Incidental Take Permit (ITP) referenced above as originally issued by DFG to Alta Oak VI, LLC & Alta Oak VIII, LLC (Permittee) for the Alta Oak Creek Mojave Project Infill in April 2011. The ITP as originally issued authorizes take of Bakersfield cactus (Opuntia basilarisvar, treleasei) and desert tortoise (Gopherus agassizii), species designated as endangered and threatened, respectively, under CESA.
