Document Description
The proposed Mitaa Plaza Project ("project") is located within the San Fernando Road Corridor Redevelopment Project Area at 435 West Los Feliz Road. The 2.1 acre rectangular site is bordered by Los Feliz Road to the south, Gardena Avenue to the east Fernando Court to the north and Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way to the west. The project includes a commerical mixed-use development. Based on preliminary site plans, the project would include: 32,500 square foot day spa facility; 35,100 square foot market; approximately 61,050 square feet of additional retail commercial space; approximately 5,000 square foot restaurant; approximately 45,930 square foot professional office; and an 8 level parking garage, two levels of which are subterranean providing 745 parking spaces.
