The project will add an additional westbound turn lane to southbound San Benancio Road; extend the existing eastbound SR-68 turn lane to southbound San Benancio Rd; widen the San Benancio over El Toro Creek from two lanes to four lanes to accommodate the additional left turn lane from westbound SR-68 and provide a dedicated right-turn lane onto eastbound SR-68.
