The proposed project is a request for a conditional use permit to allow an automobile impound yard, a twenty by sixty foot office trailer adn 2 autmobile repair garages hat will be constructed in approx 5 years after initiation of impound yard. Grading of 2,500 cubic yards is proposed and will be balanced on site. A ten foot tall metallic panel fence will be constructed on the west property boundary of parcel 3137-006-015 and an 8 ft tall metallic panel fence will be constructed on the south boundary of parcel 3137-006-015. A well with a water tank and a septic system is proposed. A 16 space parking lot will be located adjacent to the east property boundary along Division Street which will provide ingress and egress access to the project site. Landscaping is proposed for the area between the proposed parking lot and Division Street.
