Reasons for Exemption
It is a Project which involves the rehabilitation of an historical resource and will not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of the historical resource. All work will be consistent with standards set forth by the Secretary of interior Standards for Historic Properties. The work will consist of waterproofing a tunnel leading to the museum entrance, and upgrading the tunnel's electrical systems.
