Document Description
The Deparment of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is approving Clean Harbors Berryessa Facility's (facility) request for temporary authorization to install two new tanks at the Berryessa Facility in San Jose. The request for temporary authorization is necessary to enable the facility to respond to sudden changes in the types or quantities of the wastes managed under the facility permit and to prevent disruption of ongoing waste management activties pursuant to Title 22, CCR, sections 66270.42(e)(3)(C)(4) and 66270.42(e)(3)(C)(3).
