Document Description
The project would consist of annexation of portions of eleven privately-owned parcels of land into the Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District. These parcels total approximately 18 acres of land are within the District's sphere of influence, but outside the current service area. The annexation would not result in any construction or installation of new facilities or services at this time. The purpose of the annexation is to provide water service by the Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District. Annexation would be conducted in accordance with the Plan of Services to meet requirements of Senate Bills 221 and 610. Individual property owners would be the beneficiaries of this project.

No additional services or facilities would be provided as part of the annexation.
