Document Description
The proponents are requesting a change in point of delivery for delivery of a portion of Dudley Ridge's SWP supplies to lands in Dudley Ridge through Tulare's turnouts A and B, and for delivery of a portion of Tulare's SWP supplies to lands in Tulare through Dudley Ridge's Turnout 2. There is no construction, land use change, or modification to existing facilities; no new lands will be brought into production as a result of the requested exchange.

CEQA Guideline Section 15301(b) provides that a lead agency may determine an activity to be exempt from CEQA in that it utilizes only existing facilities. This conveyance program involved project water within Dudley Ridge's Water Supply Contract with DWR. All deliveries occur entirely within the SWP place of use, and exclusively utilizes existing facilities.
