- A temporary emergency Hazardous Waste Treatment Permit has been granted to the United States National Park Service, Death Valley National Park, to treat by detonation one case of deteriorated nitroglycerin based dynamite found in the Death Valley National Park, Inyo County. The dynamite was found in the Skidoo Historic Mining District area, approximately 3/4 miles north of the Ashford Mine area.
