Document Description
Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-04501-3 is to re-grade and stabilize an area of "soil slippage" from a portion of the upper stream bank of Miller Creek adjacent to Old Lucas Valley Fire Road. Re-graded areas will be stabilized utilizing a variety of stabilization materials including North American Green C125BN erosion control fabric and clean fill. The Applicant has stated that the project will not require the removal of any native trees or other native vegetation in order to complete the project. The applicant has also stated that no grading will occur within the wetted area of the stream.
