Document Description
On October 4, 1999, the Permittee filed a petition requesting a two-year extension of time within which to apply water to beneficial use in Sonoma County. The Permittee states that the six-acre-feet has been put to full beneficial use. A two-year extension is need to cover the year of maximum use. No construction will occur.
