Document Description
On November 6, 2008, the Board of Directors of Agency approved the execution of the Water Agreement ("Agreement") with Valley. This Agreement authorizes Valley to acquire up to 1,000 AF of SWP water from Agency, and requires Agency to submit a written request to the California Department of Water Resources on or before December 1, 2008, to deliver up to 1,000 AF of Agency's share of SWP Table A water to Valley.
