Document Description
The applicants request Zone Change and Tentative Parcel Map approval to rezone 20.2 acres of an 80.4 acre property from the Rural Residential Agricultural, 20 acre minimum parcel size (RRB20) zone district to the Rural Residential Agricultural, 10 acre minimum parcel size (RRB10) zone district. Upzo zone change approval, the total 80.4 acre property would be subdivided into 4 lots, along with the remainder lot. Lots 1, 2 and 3 would continue to be situated within the RRB20 zone district and would be subdivided into parcels 20.1 acres in size. Lot 4 and the Remainder Parcel, which are situated within the portion of the property subject to the zone change, would be subdivided into 10.0 and 10.1 acre parcels, respectively.
