Document Description
The applicant is seeking a Planned Development approval to re-subdivide three lots located at 50, 80, and 55 Finger Avenue into nine lots ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to 8,129 square feet for the construction of nine two-story, single-family detached residential units. The proposed houses on four of the lots adjacent to Cordilleras Creek would encroach into the 25-foot setback required by the City's Zoning Ordinance. The encroachment is allowed with the approval of a Use Permit. The project includes exceptions from the City's required subdivision improvements.
