Document Description
The proposed Project consists of the construction of a K-5 public elementary school on a vacant lot. The school would have a capacity of 450 students and 19 faculty and staff. Four factory-built single-story buildings totaling ~16,800 sf would be constructed on the Project site. Parking for 21 vehicles would be provided on-site. Access to the school would be from Dobern Avenue. School hours would be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
