Document Description
The project consists of the closure of the Newcastle Sanitary District wastewater treatment plant, the pipeline project to convey wastewater generated within the District's service area through the South Placer Municipal Utility District ("SPMUD") wastewater system for treatment and disposal by the Regional Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Roseville, CA, and the annexation of the District service area into the SPMUD service area. On July 14, 2009, the District approved an Addendum to the MND which evaluated the dissolution of the District upon completion of construction of the project.
