1. Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map T06-061(1) to divide a 211 +/- acre portion of a 1,055 +/- acre parcel into 16 lots ranging from 10 +/- acres to 24 +/- acres on a project site zoned A-10 with a remainder of 844 +/- acres zoned AE-37 under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 2. Resolution of application to the Local Agency Formation Commission to form a County Service Area to provide road maintenance for roads serving the proposed subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System.
