Document Description
The Crystal Springs Pipeline No. 2 (CSPL2) is a 19 mile long transmission pipeline that transports water from the Crystal Springs Pump Station at the base of Lower Crystal Springs Dam to the University Mound Reservoir in San Francisco. The SFPUC identified 19 sites along the 19 mile CSPL2 alignment where improvements are required to meet seismic reliability level-of-service goals.
