Document Description
After a sewer spill near Valencia Creek, temporary measures were made to repair the sewer system. The Valencia Creek Sewer Relocation project is proposed to install new permanent sewer mains and manholes at this location. On February 5, 2009, the Board adopted a final initial study/mitigated negative declaration (IS/MND) for the Valencia Creek Sewer Relocation Project pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Then, on September 6, 2012, the Board adopted an amendment to the IS/MND when the project was simplified by eliminating two proposed pump stations.
