Document Description
The project approval subject to this Notice is the adoption of Ordinance No. 962 rezoning apprx. 61 acres (RZ 14-007) to revise the list of uses and development standards, including Sciortino Ranch Design Guidelines, for the PD-55 zone. A separate Notice was filed on 12/18/15 for the initial set of approvals which included Resolution No. 2015-181 certifying the Final Initial Study/Addendum and adopting the revised Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan; First reading of Ordinance No. 962 approving the rezoning; and Resolution No. 2015-182 approving a vesting tentative subdivision map (VTSM 9356) (APNs 016-170-015 through 019 and 016-170-021 through 025).
