Document Description
Replacement of an existing restaurant (The Caprice) with a new restaurant building, the project involves demolition of an existing two-story building and the construction of a new three-story building. The lower and main levels ot the building would have approximately the same foot print as the existing restaurant, and a new 1380 sf upper level (with a 648 sf banquet room) would be constructed. The lower floor would be converted into a lounge and wine cellar. The total restaurant seating would increase from 114 seats to 125 seats.
