The project consists of a Regional Transportation Plan Update for the Co. of Colusa for 2008-2009. This document provided an update to the previously prepared 2003-2004 RTP update. This update includes an assessment of current and future transportation needs for all surface modes and airport facilities, documentation of existing operations, current goals, policies, objectives, and a prioritized list of projects to be included in the 2008-2009 RTP update. Although not required for Colusa Co. the requirements of SB 375 are also discussed in this document.
