Note: 1 copy sent to F/W#5 - FYI. Plan modification to construct accessory buildings and structures, including modifications to site grading. The proposed modifications include the construction of a guesthouse, a tennis court, a gazebo with deck, a covered pool and an uncovered pool. The amount of site grading would be increased to 3,895 cubic yards of cut and 3,895 cubic yards of fill. The cut and fill material would be balanced on site. Also, 250 cubic yards of cut from the driveway construction, shown as spoils on the slope below the elevated driveway, would be used as fill and are reflected in the fill quantity.
