- The applicant is proposing to construct a new, approx 7,956 sf house with an attached four-car garage on a 67,735 sf lot. In addidition, the construction will require 2,200 cubic yards of cut and 140 cubic yards of fill (the cut earth material in excess of the fill will be exported). A Conditional Use Permit is required, since more than 1,500 cubic yards of earth material is proposed to be moved and the average current slope of the site of 59.8% exceeds 50%. A design review application is also required.
