Document Description
The City of Westmoreland has prepared, considered, and accepted an addendum to the adopted 2009 MND for the Westmoreland Gateway Project. The approved (on March 25, 2009) project is located on 26 acres and includes 19 acres of commercial uses and approx. 7 acres of condominium residences. The proposed modifications to the project involve changes to the locations and uses of certain commercial structures and a realignment of parking and uses within the western and southern portions of the project site as a result of further design of the travel shop.
