Document Description
Proposed Plan Amendment No. 13 involves an amendment to the Amended Plan to add 849.4 acres to Existing Project Area No. 1 ("Added Area"). The proposed Added Area will increase the total acreage to 2,032.6 acres for Existing Project Area No. 1 and will be comprised of 10 non-contiguous subareas, identified as subareas A through J. Existing development within the Added Area includes industrial uses, commercial, school/civic/institutional, and public facilities uses, and a limited amount of residential uses (single- and multi-family housing), as well as vacant land.
