Document Description
The proposed project is an approximately 1,191,080 square foot distribution center on approximately 61.63 gross acres. The project also includes approximately 720 standard, 13 handicapped and 353 trailer parking spaces. The MWD property to the north would be leased for use as overflow truck parking. The land will be removed from the existing agricultural conservation contract.
