Document Description
The proposed project consists of expanding the existing Walmart store located at 1575 W Pacheco Blvd. by a mximum of 69,300 sf and developing 3 outlots with comvined development potential of 69,900 sf. The expanded Walmart store would total 178,808 sf, retail groceries and general merchandise, and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The outlots would be tenanted by smaller retail and restaurant uses. As part of the project, Stonecreek Blvd. would be extended between Pacheco Blvd. and Prairie Springs Drive.
