Document Description
The proposed El Encanto River Wilderness Park project consists of several interrelated components that would maximize the outdoor visitor experience while restoring natural habitats and increasing trail access and educational opportunities. These elements include: building restoration and reuse; reconfigure/reduce parking lot; habitat and San Gabriel River bank restoration; drainage improvements; expanded bike, hillside, and pedestrian trails; "special use area" development, and new educational and interpretive displays.
