The City of Orange Public Works Department is proposing improvements to the intersection of Chapman Avenue and Tustin Street in the City of Orange, Orange County CA. The proposed is to widen the south side of the Chapman Avenue/Tustin Street intersection to add an eastbound through lane, an eastbound-to-southbound dedicated right turn lane, a northbound-to-eastbound dedicated right turn lane, and bus turnouts. the proposed project would require acquisition of right of way from adjacent commercially zoned properties and will affect structures, setbacks and landscaping.
