CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2011-0164-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and game Code to the project Applicant: City of Fontana, represented by Kevin Ryan, 8353 Sierra Avenue, Fontana, California 92335. The Project is limited to the construction of northbound and southbound on- and off-ramps at Duncan Canyon Road and the widening of Duncan Canyon Road at the Interstate 15 over-crossing, and improvements to associated drainage facilities, including the construction of a detention basin and two bioswales.
