Document Description
MCWD approval of the Project authorized the destruction and replacement of the MCWD water supply Well No. 32, located within an easement on University land. As a Responsible Agency, the University has approved a construction use agreement that allows the MCWD to use ~0.7 acre of University land outside the easement for temporary staging of construction equipment, material laydown, and disposal of water pumped from the well during well construction and development.
