- The Project will enable the City to better utilize its recycled water source and conserve the limited potable water supply, provide additional recycled water to customers within the City's service area, and connect existing users to the recycled water distribution system. The Project consists of modifying the existing PS-1 pump station, installing a new booster pump station, and constructing new recycled water pipelines to connect the Burbank WRP to the Valhalla Memorial and other users.
